Email & SMS Marketing · North Jersey + the Jersey Shore

THE FIRST JOB
SHOULDN’T BE
THE LAST.

Stay useful. Stay remembered. Bring good customers back. We build email and text marketing around the people who already know you—and the prospects who still need a little help deciding.

Sound familiar?

YOU DID GREAT WORK.
THEN THE CONVERSATION STOPPED.

Customer relationships need a little attention. Your marketing should make that easier.

01

“They loved us. We never heard back.”

A happy customer leaves—and there is no useful plan to stay connected.

02

“We send something when it gets quiet.”

A last-minute blast takes time and often says more about your schedule than their needs.

03

“We have a list. Now what?”

A database is only useful when the audience, offer, and next step make sense.

Keep the conversation useful

Subject: A quick check-in on your project Hi Jamie—any questions about the estimate? We are happy to walk through the options and help you plan the next step.

Useful context, one clear call to action, and a reply that reaches a real person.

Samples only. Real campaigns include the appropriate sender details, consent, unsubscribe options, and business-specific language.

Keep follow-up off your evening to-do list

YOUR WEBSITE GETS THE LEAD.
YOUR FOLLOW-UP KEEPS IT WARM.

You have already done the hard work of earning a customer’s trust. Turn your list into relevant reminders, useful updates and clear reasons to return. Add tools you manage through the Small Ball DIY, or choose an agreed campaign scope when you want us to handle the work.

01

Start with the audience

Review who is on the list, how they got there, and what they expect from you.

02

Make the message useful

Choose the offer, customer moment, and action that matter.

03

Build a repeatable rhythm

Connect campaigns and workflows to your CRM, then review what leads to useful conversations.

Good questions. Straight answers.

BEFORE THE FIRST SEND.

Do you help write and design the campaigns?

Yes. We can plan the audience, write the message, build the email, and connect the follow-up within an agreed campaign scope.

Can we use an existing customer list?

We first review how the list was collected, what permission exists, and whether the contacts are appropriate for the channel. An email relationship does not automatically mean someone has agreed to marketing texts.

Is this the same as sending appointment reminders?

Reminders support an existing appointment. Marketing campaigns invite a new action or promote an offer. We plan both around the customer relationship and the permission for that channel.

Can you guarantee every email reaches the inbox?

No. Delivery depends on sender setup, list quality, recipient systems, and sending practices. We review the foundation and keep the messages relevant.

Are campaigns included with a website?

Campaigns are separate from the website build and basic hosting. The optional Small Ball DIY is $99/month total, including hosting, plus $99 setup and initial training; you manage campaigns yourself. Campaign strategy, copy, management and at-cost communication usage are outlined in your selected scope.
