Will I need to rebuild my entire website?
We start by reviewing what you already have. A rebuild is not automatic. If the existing platform supports the agreed work, we can discuss keeping it. If a new site makes more sense, we explain the reasons and agree on scope before proceeding.
Which plan includes an AI agent that talks to customers?
Local Starter sends an automated missed-call text and alerts you; you handle the reply. NJ Growth Engine includes an AI Text Agent that asks qualifying questions and helps book estimates. Garden State Advantage adds a 24/7 AI voice receptionist and text/voice customer service, with configured call-transfer rules.
Can the AI book estimates and hand a conversation to me?
Growth and Garden connect booking to your calendar and agreed availability. We configure the questions and handoff approach around your business. Garden also includes voice call-transfer rules. AI can make mistakes, so the setup includes testing, human oversight, and a clear route for situations that need a person.
Can you connect my website, Google profile, booking, and follow-up?
We review your existing setup and available integrations before agreeing on the work. Growth and Garden include Google Business Profile work and AI booking; all plans include a hosted website or lead page and review requests. Platform compatibility and any additional migration work are confirmed during scoping.
Can you help with search visibility and structured data?
We can review search foundations, page structure, and appropriate structured data as part of scoping your website. Growth adds Google Business Profile optimization and a monthly local page or article; Garden adds broader profile management and four articles monthly. We do not promise a particular ranking, traffic level, or number of jobs.
Are advertising costs included in the monthly price?
Garden State Advantage includes Google and Meta advertising management. The advertising budget is billed separately. Starter and Growth do not include managed ads. We agree on the advertising scope and budget before campaigns launch.
What counts as a website update?
Starter includes one small change each month, such as business hours, a phone number, or a photo. Growth includes up to two hours of website updates monthly. Garden includes up to four hours total, including landing pages for ads. Larger builds and custom features are scoped separately.
What about setup, usage charges, ownership, and cancellation?
Your written agreement explains any setup charges, phone/text/email/AI usage allowances and charges, website ownership or transfer terms, and cancellation requirements. We confirm those details before you commit. Ad spend is separate from the Garden management price.
Can I start with a one-time project instead?
Yes. If you need a specific website fix, build, or setup rather than monthly support, we can scope Project Work. We’ll help you choose the appropriate path for the work you need.
