Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. Erin introduces herself as an AI assistant, and there’s a clear path to a real person. We don’t pretend.
Can I give my AI Agent a different name?
Absolutely. Already have an Erin on the team? A Sofía who owes you money? An ex you’d rather not hear from? Let’s pick another name. Erin and Sofía are our demo Agents. Yours gets a name that fits your business—we’ll choose it together during setup.
What happens when she can’t answer something?
She takes the details and follows the handoff rules you approve — a text to you, a message to your office, or a callback request. She doesn’t make up an answer.
What does the monthly price include?
Your selected agent or agents, the monthly voice minutes and AI replies shown in your plan, plus ongoing Small Ball management and monitoring. Setup is a separate one-time fee. We confirm support scope, any additional usage or top-ups, and any channel or integration charges before launch. Pro includes a quarterly tune-up call; Custom includes a monthly performance review.
Do I have to change my phone number or software?
Usually not. We review your existing phone system, CRM, and calendar and build around what works. If something needs to change, you'll know before committing.
What happens to my business and customer data?
Your data is yours. Before anything goes live, I’ll walk you through exactly what your AI Agent needs to know, where that information lives and who can see it—in plain English.
We’ll also explain how the services in your setup handle storage, retention and AI training.
If you handle sensitive information—medical, legal or financial—tell me up front. We’ll review your requirements and confirm what we can support before we build.
Can I test it before my customers do?
Absolutely. We test answers, bookings, and handoffs with you before launch. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Can Erin speak Spanish or other languages?
Yes. Our demos use two dedicated AI receptionists: Erin for English at (973) 609-5878 and Sofía for Spanish at (973) 382-7580. Other supported languages can be evaluated and configured for your business. We'll explain the options in English — we're not nearly as well-traveled as they are! Language quality and capabilities are tested before launch.
How long until it's working?
We target roughly two weeks for a standard build after intake and approvals. Timing depends on integrations, testing, and the complexity of your setup.
