You’ll see setup, recurring costs and any extras in writing before work begins.

  • Initial setup: Small Ball DIY is $99 one-time. First Response is $199 one-time. Monthly Growth Plan setup and usage terms are confirmed in your agreement. DIY billing starts when the account and initial training are ready; First Response starts after configuration and testing.
  • Website and lead-page hosting: $49/month on Small Ball. The optional $99/month Small Ball DIY account includes hosting and replaces that fee. We never charge both. Compatible existing tools may carry their own provider fees.
  • Phone, text and email usage: applicable communication usage and registration charges are billed at cost for Small Ball DIY and First Response. Hosting-only communication usage is also separate. Managed-plan usage is confirmed in writing.
  • Advertising, domains and mailboxes: ad spend, domain renewal and business email accounts are separate from our service fee.
  • Work outside your scope: content changes, extra training, custom integrations, verification troubleshooting and migration are quoted before work begins. Estimate Follow-Up needs a suitable active platform; existing customers keep their applicable subscription. Google Profile Launch needs access to an existing verified profile and no Small Ball subscription.

Can I start with one project?

Yes. A website, lead page, Google profile cleanup or email campaign can stand on its own. Your project may need hosting or an active platform; those costs are shown and agreed before you commit.

Do I have to buy the $99/month account with a website?

No. Standard Small Ball website or funnel hosting is $49/month. The optional $99/month DIY account includes hosting plus the broader tools. If compatible existing tools support your lead-page project, we can use them and you keep their provider fees.

I built my website myself. Can you help make it work?

Absolutely. We start with what you have: layout, message, booking path and business connections. We’ll explain what is worth keeping and scope the improvements. A rebuild is a decision we make together after reviewing the site.

What happens if I cancel?

Recurring services are month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice. We agree on the final billing date, access and any handoff work before you start. Your domain and Google profile remain yours; platform hosting and account access end according to your agreement. Migration is scoped separately.

Do you guarantee rankings or a certain number of jobs?

We commit to the agreed work, testing and reporting. Search rankings, customer demand and booked jobs depend on factors beyond a single website or campaign. We’ll tell you what we are doing and help you understand the results.
